Here, we introduce our 6-step design method, which will guarantee the effective design of your project.
At the beginning of our cooperation, we prioritize understanding of your project expectations. We will have a discussion about your personal and family needs, technical requirements, preferred color scheme, and preferred equipment brands, to create a personalized interior design proposal that will be brought to life during the construction process.
We conduct an On-Site Survey using laser equipment for accurate interior design. This includes measuring and recording property details to create a survey plan displaying wall, door, and window positions and room square footage, serving as the basis for new Conceptual Layouts. In the case of a new property, we use the architectural plans as a starting point and proceed accordingly.
Functionality is our top priority, serving as the cornerstone of every project. We provide three options for Conceptual Layout arrangements, including the placement of walls, doors, windows, room height, and furniture arrangements. You can select the most suitable plan, which will then serve as the basis for creating 3D Photorealistic Visuals.
During this design phase, we meticulously create a personalized interior space for you. We produce 3D Photorealistic Visuals that highlight the distinctive style of each area, incorporating high-quality materials, visually appealing wall surfaces, and elegantly preferred color scheme.
This task is comprised of two parts:
● 2D Construction Layout Documentation, including floor, wall, ceiling, lighting, and mechanical plans, and
● 2D Wall Plan Documentation, which includes detailed drawings of wall surfaces and custom furniture.
In our Residential Interior Design service, we offer a comprehensive Products List that includes the names, quantities, prices, and distributors of all items and design materials. The list encompasses everything from flooring to lighting and decor. We handle the ordering process to ensure seamless construction timing.

Additionally, it is important to prepare any engineer documentation that you have. If you don't have it, don't worry as our team will inspect the site. If necessary, a full design service is available with the help of our partner engineers. This service can include static engineering, mechanical engineering, electric engineering.
It is also recommended to gather information about whether the building is under monument protection.
