We present our 6-step design method, ensuring an efficient and effective design for your project.
At the beginning of our collaboration, our priority is to comprehend your project expectations. We gather information on: interior capacity, technical and functional requirements, preferred color scheme, and current business identity. This allows us to create a personalized interior design proposal that will be brought to life during the construction process.
We ensure precise interior design through an On-Site Survey with laser equipment, taking measurements, and documenting property details. The digital Survey Plan, generated from these measurements, displays the positions of walls, doors, windows, and room square footage, serving as the basis for new Conceptual Layouts.
Functionality is our foremost priority, serving as the basis for each project. We provide three Conceptual Layout options for interior arrangements, including wall placement, door placement, window placement, room height, and furniture arrangements. You can select the plan that you like the best, which will then serve as the basis for 3D Photorealistic Visuals.
In this design phase, we incorporate your brand identity into the interior space with 3D Photorealistic Visuals that highlight each area’s unique style. Quality materials, unique wall surfaces, and well-designed furniture are used to emphasize your desired brand identity, making a lasting impression on future clients.
This task is comprised of two parts:
● 2D Construction Layout Documentation, including floor, wall, ceiling, lighting, and mechanical plans, and
● 2D Wall Plan Documentation, which includes detailed drawings of wall surfaces and custom furniture.
In our Commercial Interior Design service, we provide a comprehensive Products List, including names and quantities of items/materials, prices, and distributors. The list covers all materials, from flooring to lighting and decor, and we handle ordering to ensure smooth construction timing.

Additionally, it's important to prepare any engineer documentation that you have. If you don't have this information, don't worry as the team will inspect the site. If necessary, a full design service is available with the help of our partner engineers. This service can include static engineering, mechanical engineering, electric engineering, and kitchen technology.
It is also recommended to gather information about whether the building is under monument protection.
